The 2A3C uses the slender die of the 2A3B model, combined with a double-layer mica structure; it is housed in a highly transparent 300B glass envelope. In terms of appearance, it resembles the 300B model, but it features many attractive details. The double-layer mica structure enhances its integrity and helps to prevent the occurrence of microphone effects.
